A bunch of AI filmmaking tools popped up this week—Kling, popi, OiiOii, you name it. Just gonna run through the list and share my thoughts.
What really hits me is how fast these tools are coming out. One week, a new name, and by the time you even think about trying it, it’s already dead. Kling seems to have found its footing, but the rest are all carving out their own niches—some focus on storyboarding, others on specific styles. Only a handful actually survive.
Has anyone here actually tried popi or OiiOii? Are they worth the time, or just another flash in the pan? I’d love to hear some firsthand takes so I don’t have to waste my time testing every single one.

There are so many pitfalls in the film/TV side of things, and first-hand reviews are super rare.
