Saw someone on Civitai messing around with Boogu v0.1, and even the author said it’s just for fun. The params are super lightweight — 4 to 8 steps is enough, max 12, and CFG cranked all the way down to 1.
This low-step, low-CFG approach is basically riding the distillation/acceleration wave. It’s fast for generating images, and the real win is the low cost. I use it as a sketch machine — crank out a batch fast to check compositions, then take the winners over to a proper checkpoint for refinement. Don’t expect one-shot quality; it’s just a quick-and-dirty tool for rapid trial and error.
The author’s release is pretty barebones, not much documentation. If you want to go deeper, you’ll have to experiment with the params yourself.
