Watching creative agencies use generative AI, I’m starting to think the final output isn’t the point—the workflow is. Anyone can crank out a pretty AI image, but whether a company can turn it into something deliverable, reusable, and easy to tweak when the client asks for changes—that all comes down to workflow design.
The teams that really nail it lock in style consistency with LoRAs, turn common scenarios into workflow templates, and leave room for manual review and edits in the middle, instead of just letting AI spit out a finished piece and calling it a day. Clients never just want a single image—they want the ability to iterate repeatedly and align with brand identity.
So I’d rather see how others build that system—who’s in charge of quality control, which steps let AI go wild, and which steps need a human to catch the mess. The final output is just the result; the workflow is where the real craft of the company lies.
