Making AI background animations for kids’ songs—the real challenge isn’t whether a single frame looks good, it’s whether the whole series holds together. A song has dozens of shots, the same little main character has to look the same from start to finish, and the scene tones, art style, and brushstrokes all need to be consistent, or the audience won’t see it as one piece.
Anyone can make a single image look pretty now, but when it comes to a series, it shows—character face shapes shift, styles go hot and cold. I’m relying on a fixed seed plus a dedicated character LoRA I trained to lock in consistency, then wrapping it up with a unified color grading node.
Series cohesion is built from a whole set of constraints, not gacha-style luck. How do you guys lock down characters for longer projects?
