Last year around this time I was still stubbornly running everything locally, but this year I’ve been mixing it up more: for bulk e-commerce images I use online fast models, and only fire up ComfyUI when I need fine control. Honestly my main tool depends on the job, can’t say any one does it all.
If I had to pick one that’s most convenient day-to-day, right now it’s Flux—it’s got a high tolerance for errors when generating portraits and materials, and the cost of redoing a version is way lower than before. I keep SD around for stylization and consistency fine-tuning. Do you guys stick with one tool all the way, or do you also switch based on the scenario?
