Looking for recs: between Wan 2.2 and Bernini, which one has the most stable speed LoRA right now?

Hey everyone, just polling the room on what you’re actually using in practice. For Wan 2.2 or Bernini with speed LoRAs, which ones are you running for I2V and T2V that actually give good results? I’ve tested a few, speed’s definitely up, but some noticeably drop details—fast motion gets blurry, stability’s lacking.

Wanna hear what setups you guys are rolling with right now, especially ones that strike a decent balance between speed and quality, not just maxing out speed and trashing the output.

Also, any tips on pairing different LoRAs with sampling steps? I’ve never really nailed that down.

The I2V I’m using speeds things up noticeably but loses some detail.

T2V and I2V are better off not sharing the same LoRA.

If your step count doesn’t match, your speed LoRA is completely useless.

Bernini already has pretty limited options.

Stability matters more than just raw speed. Same here, looking for recommendations.

Motion gets blurry when it’s fast, that’s just a common issue with this stuff.

Speeding up almost always comes at the cost of losing details. For I2V, I’d rather sacrifice a bit of speed for stability.
